Our stamping sector has a wide range of presses with capacity from 10 to 200 tons, which enables great flexibility in meeting our customers' needs.
Based on our ISO TS 16949:2009, our processes undergo rigorous evaluation criteria, enabling appropriate and satisfactory results in respect to total quality.
We stamp various types of raw materials for cutting, bending and stretching processes in carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass and copper.
METALWAY has a vast machinery of support such as machining, welding, drilling machines, automatic saws and vibratory finishing. If necessary, we also provide products with surface treatment: zinc, copper, silver, nickel, tin, and oxinitrocarbonitation, among others.
Our stamping methods produce parts with accuracy at high speed.
